Private/Pocket Listings

Do you have listings that aren't available through the MLS? Great Agent allows you to feature those listings exclusively on your website through our Featured Listings functionality. 

How to get there

Action Plans can be accessed within the Featured Listings section of the CRM left navigation menu of your Great Agent CRM. If you're already logged in to your CRM, you can click here.

Adding a Featured Listing

To add a featured listing, simply click the Add New Listing (blue) button in the upper right-hand corner.

You can currently add the following details about the property:

• Listing Status (e.g. Active)
• Assigned Listing Agent
• Address
• Price
• Beds/Baths
• Lot Size
• Sq. Feet
• Description

Photos

You can upload an unlimited number of photos for your listing, which will be displayed as a gallery on the home details page. The first photo that you upload will be the default "Featured Image" and appear as the primary preview for the property. You can always modify the order of all images, including the featured image, by dragging and dropping the order of the images.

Viewing your Featured Listings

To ensure that you see your featured listing, make sure to select the "Featured Listing" option under Listing Type. At that time, your properties will be displayed.
