Lead Filtering is now managed either from the individual column on the lead table, or using the Advanced link next to the search bar (which opens a modal with additional filtering options). Filtering your leads is an easy way to create a view and perform a specific action (e.g. to set up a Great Dialer session) only to an intelligent segment of your leads.
Column Filters
Column filters are accessed by hovering over the desired column. Columns with available filters will display a blue filter icon. Clicking on the filter icon will open the appropriate filter options for the selected column.
You can now set your filters by hovering over columns and selecting the blue filter icon.
Available Column Filters
The list of columns and their available filters can be found here:
Stage - Stage filters (e.g. New, Hot, Nurturing) can now be managed directly from the Stage column. By default, only leads in New, Hot, Nurturing, Showing and Contract Pending are displayed by default. To view your Closed, Archived or Trashed leads, you will need to add them to the multi-select drop-down.
Type - Filter your leads by whether they are Buyers, Sellers, Buyer/Sellers, or Renters (Lease).
Phone - Select from US time zones to sort leads if you are making calls early or late in the day. We use the lead's area code to estimate their timezone to better ensure that you're not calling leads at off hours.
Call Due - Filter your leads by their next recommended Call Due (based on your team settings).
- Overdue
- Today
- Within 3 days
- Within 7 days
- Within 14 days
- Within 30 days
- More than 30 days
Tasks - Filter your leads by their next scheduled task. You can filter by:
- Overdue
- Today
- Within 3 days
- Within 7 days
- Within 14 days
- Within 30 days
- More than 30 days
Calls - You can filter the leads based on whether their phone number is valid or invalid. Use this filter to identify leads you want to call or send a mass text.
Emails - You can filter the leads based on whether their email address is valid or invalid. This filter makes it easier to send a mass email.
Last Visit - Filter your leads based on the last time they visited your website. You can filter by:
- Today
- Within 3 days
- Within 7 days
- Within 14 days
- Within 30 days
- More than 30 days
- More than 60 days
- More than 90 days
Price - Filter your leads by the price range of the homes they have been searching. You can set a minimum and maximum price and then easily target leads with a mass email or text that may fit their price range.
Agent Activity - Select an agent activity to filter by different actions that you have taken with a lead. This enables you to more easily identify leads you've recently or (gasp!) not recently interacted with. You can filter by:
- Call Attempts - Leads you have attempted to call, but haven't logged a conversation
- Conversations - Leads you have had an opportunity to speak with directly
- Emails Sent - Leads you have sent either an individual or mass email (note - this does not include e-Alerts)
- Texts Sent - Leads you have texted individually or sent a mass text using the Great Agent CRM
- No Call Attempts - Leads you have never attempted to call
- No Conversations - Leads you have never logged a conversation with
- No Emails Sent - Leads you have never sent an email
- No Texts Sent - Leads you have never sent a text
Agent Activity Within - As with the Lead Activity, you can filter your specific Agent Activity by the timeline the action took place. For instance, you could filter your leads only by leads whom you haven't logged a conversation within the past 30 days. This is a great way to target leads you haven't communicated with recently.

Advanced Filters
Advanced Filters are accessible from the link to the right of the search bar. Clicking the link will open the Advanced Filters modal, where you can filter your leads by options not available in the table columns.
Within your Advanced Filters, you can filter by leads who have performed an action. In this case, any lead who has sent a text within the past 3 days
Tags - Filter your leads by a tag (either Great Agent or user created).
Exclude Tags - You can also exclude leads that have been tagged a certain way so that you're only targeting leads without a specific tag.
Agents - If you have broker access (e.g. can see all leads for your account), you can create a filter to view leads assigned to a specific agent (including yourself).
Search Area (by zip code) - Search for one or more zip codes in your local MLS and your leads will be filtered if they have viewed a property in that zip code. This is great when a new listing comes on the market and you want to target potential buyers.
Lead Activity - Select a lead activity to filter by different actions that a lead may have taken on your site, in response to emails/e-Alerts or via communication. You can filter by:
- Sent a text - Any lead that has sent a text to your Great Agent magic number
- Sent an email - Any lead that has responded to an email or e-Alert
- Opened an e-Alert - Any lead that has opened an e-Alert
- Clicked on e-Alert - Any lead that has clicked a link in an e-Alert
- Favorited a home - Any lead that has favorited a home
- Requested a showing - Any lead that has requested a showing
Within - After you select a Lead Activity, you can further filter the leads based on when the action was taken (e.g. Leads that have favorited a home within 7 days). This would allow you to easily send a text to leads who have recently favorited a home, asking if anyone would like to go tour any homes in the near future. You can filter a lead's activity within the following timeframes:
- Today
- Within 3 days
- Within 7 days
- Within 14 days
- Within 30 days
- More than 30 days
- More than 60 days
- More than 90 days
Lead Source - If you are receiving leads through various sources, you can easily filter your leads to target a specific source.
