You can perform several mass actions directly from the lead command center. To do so, you first want to select one or more leads.
This can be done by:
- Clicking the checkbox to the left of an individual lead's name
- Selecting multiple leads from the Lead Command Center
After selecting all leads on one page, you have the option of selecting all of your leads, by clicking the Click Here link:
Once the desired leads have been selected, you can perform the following actions:
- Activate Great Dialer (blue button) - Set up a queue of leads that you need to call and allow Great Agent to dial, while you take notes and organize your lead information. Great Dialing is a powerful way to make a lot of phone calls in a significantly shorter time period.
- Send Mass Text (green button) - Send the same text message to the selected leads. Make sure to personalize the communication using merge fields
- Send Mass Email (purple button)- Send the same email to the selected leads. This can be convenient for sending a holiday greeting or to announce a great property that may appeal to a number of leads. Merge fields can be inserted to give the message a personalized feel
- Assign Action Plans - Assign an action plan to numerous leads to initiate a series of text and email communication
- Mass Tag - Add tags to leads to better organize and manage your leads throughout the buying and selling journey. You can give leads tags based on the type of buyer (e.g. first timer), the location they are searching or anything to make your lead management easier.
- Transfer Leads - If you need to send multiple leads to a different agent, Mass Transferring from the Lead Command Center makes it easy.
- Change Stage - Easily move all of the selected leads from the current stage to another (e.g. New to Nurturing) with a few clicks.
