Some of Great Agent's 50+ supported sources don't send emails from a universal email address when notifying you about New Leads. These sources will need to be filtered by email their "Subject" rather than the 'From' email address. The sources that require this special 'Subject' filter are:
- Home Value Leads
- eWebEngine
- RealGeeks
- Success Website
How to setup Subject Filtering
Filtering by Subject is not too different than setting up your other filters in Gmail.
- Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab in your Gmail Settings
- Select "Create a new filter"
- In the Filter pop up, you need to enter the appropriate email subjects below in the "Subject" field. To do this, copy the subjects in the table below, then paste them into the "Subject" field
- NOTE: If you're also using RealGeeks, you'll need to add "OR "(your RealGeeks website domain without www)" to the end of the list below
Copy Everything in the Field Below "Home Value Leads" OR "HouseHunt" OR "e Web Engine Lead" OR "SuccessWebsite Lead" OR "Mobile SuccessWebsite Lead"
- NOTE: If you're also using RealGeeks, you'll need to add "OR "(your RealGeeks website domain without www)" to the end of the list below
- Select "Create filter with this search"
- On the following screen, select the check box beside, "Forward it to"
- From the drop-down menu, select your email address that ends in "@import.greatagentusa.com" and then hit "Create Filter" to add this filter to your filter list
- IMPORTANT: DO NOT check the box beside "Also apply the filter to matching conversations"
