In order to automatically import leads into your Great Agent CRM, you must set up forwarding and filtering in the email account at which you receive emails from supported sources.
Automatic Lead Importing requires a Gmail account. If you don't already have one, you can sign up for one for free.
Setting up Automatic Lead Importing is a two-step process:
- Step 1: Forwarding
- Step 2: Filtering
Step 1: Forwarding to your Great Agent Import Gmail address
Login to your Gmail account and follow the next 4 steps:
- Click on the settings icon in the top right corner.
- In the drop-down that displays, select "Settings".
- Next, click on the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" tab.
- Then click the "Add a forwarding address" button.
- In the pop-up that displays, paste your Great Agent import email address into the provided field and click "Next"
- Note: This is the email address you copied from under the 'Auto Import' tab in your Great Agent account.
- Once you have entered your email address from the 'Auto Import' tab in your Great Agent account, one of two options will occur.
- If the forwarding rule has been applied successfully you should see this message.
- Otherwise, if a confirmation code is needed, this message will appear. The confirmation code should be sent to you in your Spam folder.
- After you receive the code, verify forwarding by entering the code in the field within the "Forwarding and POP/IMAP" page. (optional if forwarding rule was successful without a confirmation code)
- Leave "Disable Forwarding" selected!

Step 2: Filtering
After setting up your Gmail forwarding, you need to set a filter to start forwarding only the emails from supported sources to Great Agent.
- Click on the "Filters and Blocked Addresses" tab in your Gmail settings
- Select "Create a new filter".
- In the pop up that displays, you'll want to enter the email addresses below into the "From" field. To do this, highlight all of the email addresses below, copy them, then paste them into the "From" field. There are a few exceptions to the simple copy/paste:
- Real Estate Webmasters - requires that you add *@(your Real Estate Webmasters website without www.) to the end of the list above, within the brackets.
- Commissions Inc. - you need to add noreply@(your Commissions Inc. website without www.) and (Commissions Inc. website with no www. and with no period before com)@(Commissions Inc. website without www.) within the brackets.

Important Notes:
- Home Value Leads, e Web Engine, and RealGeeks require a slightly different setup. For instructions, click here.
- When forwarding a new lead source, it may take up to 5 business days for the lead to begin automatically importing into your CRM. Once the configuration is complete, new leads will be displayed in your Great Agent CRM within seconds.
- On the next screen that displays, check the box next to "Forward it to"
- From the drop-down menu, select your email address that ends in "@import.greatagentusa.com"
- IMPORTANT! DO NOT check the box next to "Also apply the filter to matching conversations"
- Select "Create Filter" to add this filter to your filter list
