Partial Signups | Why is this lead archived?

Have you noticed that some of your leads are archived, despite just signing up on your website? Great Agent defines a quality lead as someone that signs up with the following pieces of information:

• Email
• Name
• Phone Number

Signing up for access to homes on your website is a two-part process. First, we collect the lead's email address. Then we collect their name and phone number. If a lead drops out of the signup process before completing both forms, we consider that lead a "partial signup."

Partial signups are automatically archived and your agent isn't notified about this new lead. Since the email address has been captured, Great Agent is able to send E-Alerts, in an effort to entice the lead back to your website. If a user returns to your site, they will be automatically prompted with the second signup form (Name and Phone Number), which is required before viewing additional property details.

If at any point, the lead finalizes the signup process by completing all of the required fields, they will automatically be moved to the new stage and your agent will receive a new lead notification.
