Managing which agents can receive leads through Great Agent is done from the Agent page within the Great Agent CRM.
Toggling On/Off Leads
Each agent will receive leads based on the status of the on/off toggle under the respective Receive Sellers and Receive Buyers columns. If you wish for an agent to be completely removed from the lead rotation, both of those toggles need to be in the off (gray) position.
Why is my agent still receiving leads?
Have an agent that is turned off from the lead rotation, but has recently received a new lead? There are a couple reasons this may be the case.
Agent Subdomains - If the lead came directly from the agent's subdomain (e.g. john.xyzrealty.com) it will always be routed to that agent, regardless of their on/off settings within the Agent Management page. You can verify whether a lead came from an agent subdomain by viewing the Lead Source (e.g. Agent Subdomain) on the Lead Detail Page.
Partial to Full Signup - If a lead is a partial signup and then registers in full at a later date, they will still be assigned to the original agent, regardless of the new on/off settings. To learn more about partial signups, click here.
Listing Agent - If the property that prompts a lead to sign up is listed by an agent in the CRM, that agent will always be assigned the lead, regardless of the agent's on/off status or lead routing rules.
