If you have ever used a power dialer, you know that they can save you a lot of time and help you easily get through your daily call list. The Great Agent Great Dialer is a fully integrated solution that works within your Great Agent CRM.

Getting Started
There are two ways to use the Great Dialer. You can either select the leads you wish to call from the Lead Command Center or click on a lead's phone number, which will automatically dial the lead when after your dial session has been initiated.
Initiating the Great Dialer
After selecting your leads, click the Great Dialer (blue) button from the Mass Action items above the lead table.
Beginning your Dial Session
Once your Great Dialer session is initiated, you will be directed to the Lead Details page for the first lead in your Great Dialer session. To begin your session, simply click the Begin Dial Session (green) button on the left-hand side of the dialer.
After clicking the Begin Dial Session button, you will receive a call from Great Agent at the number you have set as your cell phone number within Great Agent.
Calling Leads
Once connected to the dialer, you will then have the ability to call leads through your phone without needing to dial individual numbers. Simply click the Call Lead (green) button on the right side of the dialer.
During Your Call
While connected to the lead, you have the ability to take any actions on the lead you're speaking with. You can log call notes, update the lead's e-Alert criteria or add a new task.
Ending the Call
While the call is ringing or while connected to the lead, you can hang up at any time by clicking the Hang Up (red) button on the right side of the dialer. Clicking this button will end the call, while you remain on the same lead (where you can take any relevant actions). Once your call has ended, you can move back and forth between leads using the previous/next buttons. Your session will remain connected and you can call leads using the Calling Leads step above.
Hang Up and Move to Next Lead
If you would prefer to move directly to the next lead (if no further action is needed on the current lead), click the Next Lead button from the Lead Details section (just above the lead's name). This will hang up your call, move you to the next lead in your queue while maintaining your Great Dialer session.
Ending your Session
Once finished with your dial session, simply click the End Dial Session (red) button on the left side of the dialer.
