If you are ever on a call with a lead and need to connect them with a lender or another agent - the call transferring feature will help you with that.
Here is how you can do that:
1. Call the lead by clicking on their phone number.
2. When on the call, click on the purple 'Merge Call' button.
3. Then, select an agent from the drop-down list, which should be merged into the call.
4. Once they pick up, select any of the options below:
- 'Merge&End Call' - this action will merge in another agent and will end the call for you, so the call will continue for the lead and another agent.
- 'Merge&Stay on Call' - this action will merge in another agent and you'll be able to stay on this call as well.
- 'Hang up *name* & Resume Call with *name*' - this action will not merge in the agent you selected and you'll continue having a call with this lead.
