2. Notes search support - this is really a great feature that allows you to find results among all leads notes with highlighted matches.
3. Sorting leads by the first or last name independently - now you can order your leads by first or last name separately. Leads table became even more useful!
4. Lead routing rules improvements - from today your team leader is secured from accidental logical mistakes while creating or editing lead routing rules. Get more efficiency and less time-consuming actions within vital settings.
5. A lot of UI improvements - we've upgraded UI on Action Plan, Great Sheet, Lead Command Center, Settings sections and optimized it on mobile to make your experience so smooth.
6. Virtual phones work in a more stable way - we have rewritten this module, added some small tricks and cover edge-cases.
7. Improvement of time-stamp filtering - we know that was kind of annoying, so now you can specify an exact day of the last activity of your leads at Lead Command Center table.
8. Warning on duplicated leads - this feature allows you to keep your leads in a consistent state. When you’ll try to add already existed lead (based on "Email Address" or "Phone number" fields) system will notify you that this lead is already in exists.

10. Syncing contacts between Exchange Server and GreatAgent CRM - this feature allows you to synchronize your non-Microsoft 365 e-mail address through a Hosted Microsoft Exchange server. Be more flexible with your tools!
