1. "Similar properties" section update
Our system is now optimized to show your potential buyers homes with the same number of bedrooms that the house they are currently viewing has. These results will appear at the top of the similar properties section to ensure they are seeing the results that most fit their needs.
2. International phone numbers
We have extended the options for adding and editing phone numbers to include prospects that have international numbers. Your can now manually add leads no matter where they are coming from!
3. Great Reminder
We have implemented a new great feature for all agents to notify via email (during business hours), when they have non-answered messages from their leads pending. There are options to snooze or cancel such notifications as well.
We hope using this feature will increase your productivity and efficiency engaging your leads!
4. Optimized Lead Details Page Navigation
We have good news for those of you who prefer to navigate between leads on the lead detail page! We have optimized this feature and it now works smoother and faster than ever.
5. Filter Spam Calls
You now have the option to filter or route unknown callers directly to an unmonitored voicemail. Just turn on this ability under your settings and you will no longer receive these unknown calls.
6. Authorization into Admin Part of your Website from CRM with no Additional Steps
We have streamlined your ability to enter your website administration section. You will now be able to access it without redundant entering of the credentials.
7. Route Leads between Teams of Lenders in a Round-Robin
In addition to adding a single lender in lead routing rules, we have also implemented Round-Robin for teams of lenders. Brokers can now create a team of lenders on the Teams tab of the Agent Management page, and add lenders or lender teams to a lead routing rule on the Lead Routing tab.
This will allow you to ensure lenders only receive leads from the correct sources without any extra hassle!
