1. Lead Command Center improvements

We have implemented a few significant enhancements in the leads table navigation. Now there are:

• convenient page navigation buttons (First, Last, Previous, Next)
• the ability to select items per page to be presented
• each new page is presented from its very top part

2. 'Send Email' tab improvements on desktop and mobile

There's a bunch! It's easier to try it, play and test it than to describe. :) 

3. Lead detail timeline events on mobile

We have cleaned up the look of your timeline events to make it more clear on what you are selecting to view, whether it's all items or just text messages. 

4. The spouses show up in search results

As you may know already, you can connect wives and husbands to the leads detail page. When you search for a lead that is connected to a spouse in the search bar that spouse will also be part of the search result.   

5. Send email using Marketing Templates

We have added the ability to send existing Marketing Email Templates directly from the lead detail page. No more selecting just one lead from the lead command center to send a Marketing Email.  

6. The opening rate of Email Templates

When you are select either a Personal or Marketing Email Template to send directly from the lead detail page, you can see the opening rate of that template.

7. Smooth updating of Lead Command Center table

This won't be as visible but is be very helpful to see your view updated right away. No need to refresh your browser to see the view update. When trashing, archiving or changing information on the lead that does not match your view, that lead is then automatically removed. 

8. Send text messages with emoji

FINALLY! You can now add emojis to your text messages on both the desktop and mobile versions. Enjoy, we know you will!

9. Send text messages with a house picture attached on mobile

Yes, we had it before, but now we hope it's more convenient to add a property by selecting the house icon, the same way you would add an emoji on your mobile. 

10. Add/edit addresses in the usual way

Similar to email/phone adding/editing you can manage your leads addresses by selecting which one is the primary address.

11. Filter unknown callers directly to voicemail

Under your Settings - Notifications you have the option to filter and route Unknown callers calling your virtual number straight to voicemail. 

12. Auto transform the text into the link

When typing an email editor everything that is looking like a link will be automatically modified into a link. 

13. Push Notifications on Mac

We added desktop push notifications for Mac users. You'll get instant notifications about activities in CRM right in your browser. Hope this will be more productive for your work. 

14. Address elements are separated whenever exporting

When exporting leads, the entire address will be exported in one column along with each entity being separated into its own column, street, city, zip, state in the CSV file.
