1. New lead sources supported
We have implemented the support for the following lead sources: realtorpro.io, experthomeoffers.com, opcity.com, partner-agents@redfin.com, c21affiliated.com, agentpronto.com.
2. Enhancements for other lead sources
reliancenetwork.com, zillow.com, craigslist.org.
3. Renaming of "Married to" to "Linked to"
In order to have more versatile terms, we have changed the wording for the connected spouses from "Married to" to "Linked to", so now it can be used not only for spouses but for other relationships between leads.
4. Links in a lead's Notes are hyperlinks
Anything you are entering into leads' Notes that looks like a hyperlink will be transformed into the real hyperlink.
5. A lender is able to auto-start Action Plans
CRM users that are Lenders can create an Action Plan (drip campaign) and set it to be auto-started on all lead types (buyer, seller, buyer/seller) entering stage 'New' or any other stage from any source.
6. Conversation filtering has improved
On Lead Command Center there is the ability to filter leads by the agent activity. One of the options is 'Conversation' meaning the call that really took place. Now filtering by this option works much better, we hope it can be more helpful for your work.
