1. 'Save search' for your site visitors
We are happy to present a whole new experience for your leads.
As of today any visitor on your site has the ability to save their search results and access them at any time, as well as receive regular updated emails based on those saved searches.
From the agent standpoint, it looks like an E-Alert but created by your leads!
2. The new approach to a dial session
We've been working hard these last weeks to deliver you a completely new background logic and process of how the phone dialer works.
Now calling, creating and editing notes on a call runs more smoothly and can all be done while on the call. You can take your notes on the call and press save and hang up! No more calling the lead then going back to edit the call log to add your notes! We tried dozens of scenarios to be sure it works as expected.
We'll be happy if it makes your work even more effective within our system.
3. Make a screenshot and paste it into the email
Simple, yes, but effective! Per your requests, we have implemented the ability to paste a screenshot into an email body right from the clipboard.
4. Emails and phone numbers copying simplified
It was pretty embarrassing how something so simple did not work. Don't worry, we corrected our mistake, enjoy!
5. Drawing a shape on the website map
Your site visitors can draw on the map to see the specific search results for that area. Before you could not see the results in the gallery view. Now it's safe to switch back and forth between Map and Gallery views. The map shape drawn will be saved.
6. Return of the 'Add a video' icon for the mobile view
You may have noticed the ability to add/make a video from your phone has been missing! Well, now it's back!
7. The preview of a recorded video within email
Once you have recorded a video message for your lead, the email will show a nice preview inviting you (and your lead) to play it.
8. Improvements to tasks in Calendar view
We did many enhancements around Today's, Overdue and Future task to have them even more productive.
