Great Agent comes with a number of available templates that can be used for one-off messages (emails and texts) or included as part of an Action Plan. You can also create your own email and text templates to be used in both scenarios.
Managing Templates
Templates can be managed from within Email Templates and Text Templates tabs in the Marketing section of the CRM. You can view statistics on the performance of your templates (e.g. replies, unsubscribes) or edit your existing templates.
Adding a New Template
To add a new template, click the Create Template button. You will then be able to add a new template with merge fields (e.g. [LeadFirstName]) so that a template is relevant for all leads that it is sent to.
Saving a Template
When drafting a new email or text through the Great Agent CRM, you can save the contents of that message as a template to be used in future emails or texts.
To do so, click the Save as Template button or hyperlink that is available.
Using Templates in Action Plans
When creating or editing an Action Plan, you will be prompted to select an existing email or text template or create a new template. This allows you to use the same template across multiple action plans.
