Adding an agent signature allows you to maintain consistent branding between your personal email address (e.g. Gmail, Outlook etc...) and emails sent through Great Agent (Mass Emails, Action Plans, etc).
To access your email signature, go into user settings.
After expanding the email signature section, you will see a text editor where you can create and edit your email signature. If you have an existing email signature, you can copy and paste that signature into the text editor. There may be some minor editing required, but it should give you a heads start, instead of requiring that you create everything from scratch.
Adding an Image
To add an image to your signature, click the picture icon (outlined in red above).
.
You can choose an image from a URL or select one or more files from your computer.
Inserting your Image
Once selected, you will see a preview of the photo(s) that were inserted into your email signature. If the correct image is displayed, click Insert and your image will be inserted into the text editor.
Adjusting the Image Size
Depending on the size of your image, it may be displayed too large in the text editor. To adjust the size, simply click on the image and drag one of the four corner handles.
Positioning the Image
If you want to add text to the right of an image, you need to left-align the image within the text editor. To do so, select the image and click on the left-align icon within the picture.
Adding Text
You can styling to your email signature including bold, italics and colors using the WYSIWYG editor, similar to a normal word processor.
Saving Your Signature
After spending time creating your email signature, it's important that you save your changes. To do so, scroll down to the bottom of the screen and click the submit button.
Now you're all set to begin using the signature.
Mass Email and Action Plans
Emails sent via the Mass Email (on the Lead Command Center) and Action Plan tools can leverage a merge field [AgentSignature] to insert your signature.
Individual Emails
If using the email functionality (from the Lead Detail page), your email signature is automatically inserted into the email. You can simply add copy above your email signature, including inserting MLS listings.
