Great Agent allows you to record and replay phone conversations made through Great Agent. Please review the legal implications of call recordings below, before you turn this feature on. Turning on this feature is easy:
- On your computer, go to Great Agent's CRM
- Click on Settings
- Click the toggle next to "Allow recordings of my calls to be played" to ON
- Click Save
Legal implications of call recording
If you choose to record calls, you need to comply with certain laws and regulations, including those regarding obtaining consent to record (such as California’s Invasion of Privacy Act and similar laws in other jurisdictions).
