Great Agent is now integrated with Gmail to help you manage and monitor all of your lead communication directly within the Great Agent platform.
How does it work?
By authorizing your Gmail account, Great Agent is able to 'listen to' emails that are sent between your associated Gmail account and any leads that are in the Great Agent CRM.
What does this mean? If we detect an email sent between your account and a lead through Gmail, we have the ability to display it in the lead's timeline. This allows you to better manage your communication with leads and keep all communication logged in one place.
How to set up Gmail Integration
Step 1) Open Settings > Profile
You may want to click either the 'Setting' icon or your small photo icon at the left-hand menu.
Step 2) Click the Sign in with Google button
Step 3) Choose the Gmail account you want to connect
Gmail will prompt you to choose the Gmail account that you use to send emails to leads.
Step 4) Authorize Gmail
By selecting the Allow button, you are granting Great Agent access to 'listen to' that communication. Don't worry, we only track and display communication that is sent to and from leads in your Great Agent CRM.
Once connected, you will begin to see your communication that happens through Gmail appear in your lead's timeline. You will also see the communication displayed in the Agent Activity column, so you have a high-level view of when you most recently communicated with a lead.
You can disconnect your Gmail integration any time from Settings > Profile. Just click on the disconnect link next to your connected email address.
